HT-E flares are designed with fully hidden flames specifically for installation in biogas plants where the biogas is not expected to be burned continuously, but only during service of the plant where the gas will be redirected to the combustion.
The combustion of biogas is happening inside a cylindric chamber and thereby in a controlled environment where air is supplied through a control damper. This ensures a combustion with a high efficiency without a visible flame.
The flares thermal and sound isolation will secure a lower noise level, making this type of flare ideal for areas where light and noise pollution must be kept to a minimum.
This flare is delivered including all equipment, for automatic control, already installed and ready for use – all that is needed is power to the electrical panel. Control and management is handled via a PLC included in the delivered of the flare.
The flare is constructed in 100% stainless steel and easily erected on site.
