Sequential gas mixing

Mixing in digestors using gas circulation is a known technology that Mapro has introduced in their product program over 30 years ago. In that time, more than 100 systems have been installed by Mapro in Germany, Great Britain, Hungary and Italy.

What is described is so called “gas injection systems”. These are divided in the categories: “eductor systems”, “lancels systems” and now, as a novelty in Denmark, we present the “sequential gas mixing” system on Agromek 2024.

The underlying technology was developed by the British firm Farm Gas Ltd. The company demonstrated that sequential gas mixing systems could mix the biomass in a digestor within one hour. Simultaneously they demonstrated that this system is effective in mixing biomass even with a high content of dry matter. Thus we guarantee an effective mixing with up to 16% dry matter.

See below short video on the sequential gas mixing concept.
