Vertical single stage centrifugal pumps derived from DIN 24255 (ACV) and ISO 2858/ DIN 24256 (HCV and VXV) Norms. The casing is always immerged in the liquid while a discharge pipe brings the discharge branch to the outside of the plate covering the pit. The standard shaft length varies from 1 to 5 meters. ACV pumps are manufactered in cast iron with pipings and plates made of carbon steel, while HCV and VXV pumps are generally in stainless steel, but can be supplied in other materials or alloys according to the liquid to be pumped.
Where to use it
ACV pumps are used to lift clean or slightly charged liquids in both industrial and municipal applications. HCV and VXV pumps cover a wide range of applications in the chemical process and in the water treatment industries. They are suitable to handle clean, acid waters as well as many chemical products. VXV are also suitable to handle fluids with suspended solids.
