General description of Rotary Vane Units
The foundation of the rotary vane volumetric units, that operate in compression or vacuum, is based on the gradual reduction in the volume of fluid contained between the blades that slip due to the centrifugal force on the rotor holders and are positioned off-centre with respect to the cylinder bore.
The rotary system itself allows you to remove any negative undulating effects and vibrations that occur in the alternative compression process.
Volume flow up to 10,000 m3/h. Pressure rise up to 3 bar and vacuum limit up to 40 mbar.
Our high vacuum series allows a volume flow from 60 m3/h to 640 m3/h with vacuum levels of up to 0.7 mbar.
Main advantages:
Regardless of any other advantages the following prove to be especially important:
Very low running and maintenance costs given the simplicity of the structural design.

Small size of the equipment in relation to the channelled flow.
Automatic recovery of any looseness caused by abrasion and constant maintenance of performance level.
Removal of deposits that build up.
Ideal for air or other gasses such as biogas etc..
